I have been in the BGM - Growth School for a year now and my business has transformed and grown due to the program, the staff and members who push you to be better. The first question I get asked about my service is "How much does it cost?" I did not have confidence when presented with that question. Always felt that I had to compete with others around me. I have gone through the Grow & Flourish program with Kristian; a full 3 – day in person one on one program, and some follow up workshops with Kristian and my team. First of all I was impressed with his ability to understand the business, the challenges and the opportunities at a rapid pace. The process followed to identify the business purpose, values and then the Strategic Plan was very well done! Working with Kristian was a real eye opener, not just from growing my business point of view, but also from “how to be persistent in maintaining a high level of self-discipline to maintain a super level of productivity to get things done”. I recently attended the 1 day "Marketing for Growth" in person workshop with Kristian Livolsi and without a doubt, was the best value for money I have spent.  I walked away with so much value, tools to implement to help grow my business and help me get clearer on my target market.
